We’ve been spreading our little bit of gift magic around the web since the Autumn of 2005. Fast forward to April, 2009 and we’ve just had a major makeover. The website needed to grow just like our business has. We like it and we hope you love it!

We have a penchant for promoting homegrown British gifts wherever possible. There is a wealth of talent out there in our great country and our aim is hopefully to encourage you to buy British. We want to do our tiny bit to help get our country get back on it’s feet and put the ‘Great’ back into ‘Britain’! Look for the ‘Made With Love In The UK’ heart shaped icon on the product pages. When we use this icon either the product is fully manufactured or handcrafted within the UK, finished in the UK or at the very least designed by someone very talented here.

We do buy gifts from suppliers elsewhere in the world but we like to know our supply chain and that fairness has been extended right from it’s design to the wages that have been paid to the people who make them. When we buy from outside of the UK we are very picky and only the very best will do. We are getting into the whole organic and recycled thing, too. Where a gift is in some way ‘earth friendly’ we use our miniature globe icon to highlight it.

We are only a very small tightly knit team – no call handling services for us and so if you phone or drop us a line you will get to speak to one of us directly and we know everything single thing there is to know about each and every one of our products. We are committed to the highest standards of customer service that there is. The product reviews and customer comments will vouch for that. When we say we will do something- we will.
