Clive Owen’s latest film has opened the Berlin film festival. “The International” stars Owen with Naomi Watts. Owen plays Interpol agent Louis Salinger in a role where he has to bring down a ruthless arms dealing multinational bank. Watts is an assistant District Attorney, Salinger’s ally in the global investigation which takes them from Berlin to Milan to New York City to Istanbul.
The film will be coming out at the end of this month. Owen fans can also expect to see him in Duplicity, a spy thriller released later this year. Watts, however, has other things on her mind as she gave birth to a second son in December. According to In Touch Weekly, her fiance Liev gave Naomi a special gift, a diamond-and-platinum heart locket, after the birth of Alexander Pete.
