Today I am going to talk about buying something for you. Why? Because sometimes people haven’t got a clue and some people, can you believe, have never even heard of Boutique to You?!!! Crazy, huh!?! So please do make it your mission to spread the word and tell them if you want to receive one of our gorgeous items this Christmas or for your birthday or wedding. But if they don’t pick up on the hints, or your partner totally lacks imagination and is tired of getting it wrong and just gives you a wad of cash in a card…..welcome, I’m going to tell you what I would spend it on!
I also have a second reason for basing today’s article on the subject of buying for yourself, it’s actually my birthday on Thursday. Happy b’day to me! (Hnnarrr goes one of those trumpety things you blow through) and I am going to make a gift giving confession this year, I am not going to buy my sister a birthday gift. We share our birthday, although we are 3 years apart and after 31 birthdays together she has only ever bought me 3 gifts. Yes, just 3 and every year I have bought her one, even though I have kids and she doesn’t. She doesn’t even buy them one. So this year I am being very naughty, I’ve got her a card and I am going to buy myself something from her….especially as I spent £1500 going to her wedding abroad this year, too!
I get itchy fingers every week and have to resist the urge to grab my purse and buy up all over the lovely gifts Boutique To You sells, but this week I am going to make a decision on what I am going to treat myself too! Firstly, (and I have had my eye on this for a while) I really want one of the personalised Pandora style bracelets with charms. I am trying to decide between pink and blue, ok blue, and maybe I should have it engraved…’To Me, Love From Me x’ ..? That’s £34.99. Ok, it’s in my basket.
A personalised amour bracelet is going in my shopping back next. Definitely the baby blue aqua on, it’s for tranquility and I could do with some of that. Also I think I would need a second and maybe green for luck, yeah why not? Unfortunately it doesn’t come with your own private leprechaun and pot of gold….shame! I would definitely have my children’s initials engraved on each one, too.
‘Forever In Mummy’s Heart’ birthstone necklace, these are so pretty and my favourite out of the personalised mummy jewellery. I would be thrilled if someone bought me one of these, but as it is me buying for me…I think I will treat me to one! Luckily, June and October are both pink! But to be honest they are all gorgeous.
And lastly I can’t decide between the party rings biscuit light switch or the iced gems light switch, I think they’d make me smile every time I turned the light on in my kitchen.
So there you go, that is my choices for birthday presents I would choose for myself. Why don’t you take some time out for yourself and pick something you like? ….Then maybe pass the link on, you never know you may actually get it. Or if not just buy it for yourself; after all we’re all worth it!
