I think selling personalised gifts and personalised jewellery is where the internet comes into it’s own. I know we have grown dramatically in this gift area and will continue to grow the personalised gift section of out gift boutique due to customer demand.That isn’t to say that non personalised gifts aren’t just as beautiful and dramatic but sometimes it is your only choice when you need a gift fast. Many is the e-mail we have had from customers who lament ‘they wish they had found us sooner!’ But essentially those customers become our best cutomers as they come back for their next gift purchase, leaving a little more time and know they will get something very special for their loved one!
