Reality TV has just taken shock and sensation to another level after Jade Goody was given the news of her cervical cancer diagnosis live on the Indian version of Big Brother. You have to ask who made the decision to do this: from her reaction it seems unlikely that Jade was expecting to get the news in the diary room.
