Lily Allen and her band will play a full UK tour in March 2009. The singer, who sold out her recently announced show at London’s Koko in less than an hour, last toured the UK two years ago. She will also be releasing a new album It’s Not Me, It’s You on Regal Recordings on February 9th, and a single ‘The Fear’ on January 26th.
23-year-old Allen has recently complained that her fame damages her relationships. Fame is not always such a gift, with Allen saying, “I have had a couple of times when I’ve got to know someone over a few weeks and we’ve had a really great time at my London apartment, just watching TV and having sex. And then I get paranoid because I get like, ‘I don’t want to leave the house with you because I don’t want us to be photographed together and for us to suddenly have to justify our relationship, when we don’t know what it is yet.”
