The latest EastEnders news is that Nick Cotton, played by John Altman, will be crashing into the Square bringing Christmas gifts of sorts for Dot. After a seven year break, where the character has been in prison, Nick returns claiming to have turned over a new leaf. However, with the deaths of Eddie Royle, Reg Cox and his own son Ashley on his hands it is hard to see how the new leaf will last for long.
