Jade Goody plans to marry boyfriend Jack Tweed as soon as he is released from jail. The reality TV star’s roller coaster life continues to hit the headlines even while she undergoes chemotherapy for cervical cancer. Tweed, 21, is serving 18 months jail sentence for assault at Chelmsford Prison in Essex. He is due to be released in May. In a story first broken by the Mirror, a source said, “Since Jade was diagnosed she has been getting her priorities straight. She has realised that Jack is really important to her and she wants to live every moment to the full. She and Jack have always been close and he has really been there for her through thick and thin. They have talked about staying together forever, but now both of them want to go ahead. She wants the ceremony as soon a possible,” the paper was told.
Tweed is due for release in May. In the meantime Goody has been shopping for her own £10,000 wedding ring and gifts. Goody has been given a 50 per cent chance of surviving this bout of cancer so let’s hope the authorities look kindly upon the couple’s decision and allow the wedding to take place sooner rather than later.
