In an unusual gift trend, more and more women are asking for cosmetic surgery for Christmas.  The trend is fuelled by celebs like Ulrika Johnson who is planning to get her post-baby bosom reduced. Lesley Ash spoke out recently about  cosmetic surgery, too: she says she’d do it again, despite the botched ‘trout pout’, but she has also pointed out the problems with lack of regulation of cosmetic surgery.
