A Ban On Valentine Gifts

According to sources on the BBC news website the Saudis  put a ban on Valentines Day gifts for 2008 and I wondered if it continued for 2009? What would we as a nation do if all of a sudden  Gordon Brown said all shops had to remove anything with the colour red in it for the months of January and February? Black market prices for red roses apparently shot through the roof and florists even resorted to delivering bouquets in the middle of the night! Now that really is commitment to love isn’t it?
