Sterling Silver medical alert bracelet is inscribed with the universal medical alert symbol and medical information on the front of the id plate. The back of identity plate can be personalised with emergency contact mobile phone number. All of Little Jules pieces have soldered links with active little ones in mind.

 Please measure your little one's wrist. It may be smaller than you think. It is important that baby/children's jewellery fit. For obvious reasons please don't leave babies or tots unattended while wearing jewellery.

Please write Personalisation details in the Message Box at Checkout ...  name/word and/or date. The ID plate can fit ten capital letters each side. Date separators are periods (e.g. 2.11.05). Specify front or back.

Orders take approximately  2 weeks to be handmade and ready for despatch. Please note that the photo of the pendant is not it's actual size.
