Customer Services Assistant P/T ( Hours TBC But Min Of 15 Hours )

You will be based at our new business address just outside Middlesbrough town centre.Initially, the position will be part time with a view to becoming full time to the right applicant.

We´re looking for someone who:

• Understands what we are about and loves our products
• Is passionate about customer services desperate to take on responsibility and show us what they can achieve
• Is capable of multi tasking and responding day to day to whatever the business brings.
• Is capable of moving at the pace that we like to travel at and able to take on any task that ensures the smooth running of the company – including making the odd cup of tea!

Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Processing orders from our online system
• Dealing with enquiries and telephone orders from our customers
• General admin tasks

You will have:

• A good educational standard
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent keyboard skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft systems especially Word, Excel & Outlook
• The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
