"I had previously bought this sack for my daughters' 1st Christmas and I was so thrilled with it I then ordered the oe with the Santa face for my son. The product is lovely as I knew from the 1st time that it would be but the customer service was excellent - they specially made a new felt nose for the reindeer on my daughters' bag at no extra cost and posted it to me. The communication was excellent and even though the weather conditions were posing a lot of problems the sack was still delivered in time for Xmas. Thank you very much for going above and beyond!"

Ideally I would have liked the option to remove 'from santa' or to change it to 'love mummy and daddy' or similar, but I'm very happy with the product otherwise.
