"Initially I was sent the wrong item (a topper instead of a bauble) however after one email they quickly apologised and made a new bauble without any fuss and despatched it within a few days. The bauble shell feels a little bit flimsy however the model is excellent and I'm very happy with it. "Its great! I order this gift to give my wife on the morning of the wedding..tomorrow!.. Gulp!(10th Dec)as we are having a Christmas time wedding I thought it will be nice as a gift and to hang on the Christmas tree at the venue. I was a little worried as I left it so late to order about 2 weeks ago and the web site said at least 14 days,(sorry everything with me is last minute)anyway after contacting customer service I was reassured by very nice helpful lady called Sharon and sure enough it arrived in a week! But from my spiked up hair, suit style,cravat colour, her dress even down to the individual coloured flowers in her bouquet they where all there!!
