Variations should be expected, and not considered flaws.The charms are not stamped from sheet metal or premade pendant blanks so please expect a more organic looking product and therefore only purchase if that is what you are looking for! They are crafted from 100 pure organic silver and the completed pieces are hallmarked in the UK at the Sheffield Assay Office to ascertain their quality and craftmanship with the maker's mark.Please be advised that if you decide not to go ahead with your order once you are in receipt of fingerprints kit(s) your refund will be processed minus a fee of 4.99 per each impression kit to cover the cost and their despatch plus a 7.95 admin charge.If your impressions are not suitable for use we will have to charge for the despatch of new impression kits at a cost of 4.99 per kit.
