SHIPPING - We aim to offer a fast delivery service. See below for P&P prices.
  • Items for UK delivery will be sent by a mix of Royal Mail Standard Post and 'Royal Mail Signed For' services. A signature will be required upon delivery for the 'Signed For' methods.
  • All items for delivery outside of the UK will be sent by either Airmail or 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service. A signature will be required upon delivery for the 'Signed For' methods.
  • For deliveries to the UK and Europe please allow 3-5 working days from despatch.

Your Right To Cancel - You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Once despatched please follow the guidelines for Returns/Refunds.

Late/Non Arrival of Delivery - If your delivery is late or doesn't arrive in the delivery timescale please contact us on customerservices@boutiquetoyou.co.uk In the event of a non-delivery we can only allow a replacement /refund after 20 working days has passed .This is the time scale for the Royal Mail to classify a parcel as lost.

Your order can be tracked at all times once it has been despatched if you created your own personal account at point of order with www.boutiquetoyou.co.uk. We send an e-mail once all orders are 'In Transit'. Please be aware that Boutique To You cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail's failure to deliver on time /or at all once your order has been despatched.

Returns & Refunds - We always hope you will be truly ecstatic with your purchases from Boutique To You. We have a 14 Day Refund Policy from delivery that allows an exchange/refund.

We cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons on Cosmetics, Earrings and Underwear. Nor can we accept returns on Bespoke/Made To Order/Special /Personalised orders. We offer a full Refund/ Returns Service for all other items. Your refund will be authorised within 30 days.If you return an item that is not faulty or sent in error then when we issue your refund it will not include any outward shipping charges. Please do not return any items until you have contacted us first.

Your statutory rights remain intact at all times. In the unlikely event of a return please e-mail customerservices@boutiquetoyou.co.uk or telephone 01642 715346 (from UK)or +44 1642 715346 (from the rest of the world) and we will give you return address details. Once we have approved your return request you will be entirely responsible for all shipping charges. The original shipping charge you paid for at point of order is not refundable unless your item(s) is faulty or sent by us in error.

We are not responsible for any items lost/damaged back in transit to us. We suggest you use a ‘Signed For’ service. Once the item(s) is returned in it’s original condition we will issue you with a refund in the same method of payment which was used to purchase .In the event of a faulty item needing to be returned your shipping costs will also be paid.
